This "old person phone" because it has big numbers, is easy to use, and has 3 emergency speed dial buttons. I sell it to young people who want a small, simple phone. Simplicity is a good thing for a lot of people, not just the elderly. Downfall is the phone gets smudgy from fingerprints, so don't get this if you are OCD about a shiny phone.
